Chris Binnie is a cloud native security consultant with almost thirty years of experience in IT security, and a seasoned writer: multiple cybersecurity books including Linux Server Security: Hack and Defend, plus around 15 years writing for Linux Magazine and ADMIN Magazine. His book Cloud Native Security (co-authored with Rory McCune) takes IT professionals from container fundamentals through to advanced Kubernetes security - explaining how containers actually work, shifting security left with DevSecOps tooling, and enforcing custom policies across cloud platforms, including CSPM and cloud workload protection.
